Understanding the Fees
Transaction Fee: This is our platform fee charged on transactions processed through the system. Billed at the end of each month.
Monthly Subscription: Fixed monthly fee for access to the complete Tikman Billing platform and all features.
Payment Processor Fee (4%): This is charged separately by iotec payment gateway and applies to both tiers. This fee goes directly to iotec, not to Tikman.
